ABOUT ME

I worked in the dispute department for one of the major credit bureaus for seven years. I witnessed several people encounter credit problems on a daily basis. They have questions like "why is more score different from my lender", "how do I get this off my credit", "how did this post to my credit file", "how do I dispute", "how can I protect my credit", "where do I begin". I will address these issues and many more on this site. I will also point you in the right direction so you can repair your credit and let you know all of your options. You can contact me directly if you have any personal questions by filing out the contact form. You will receive direct advice from someone who dealt with it on a daily basis. I disputed well over a hundred credit files per week. There isn't many who can make that claim. If this site helps you then please leave comments below. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

MIXED FILE

If you see an address that you don’t recognize on your file or you dob is wrong, don’t jump the gun and think your identity has been stolen. This is not always indicative of identity theft. This can happen due to the fact that rules for creditors reporting information are very lenient which can cause your file to become mixed. A mixed credit file means that another person's credit file has been merged with your credit file. This can be extremely frustrating. There is a strong possibility... Read More

WHY YOUR CREDIT SCORES ARE DIFFERENT

Allow me bust the bubble coming out of the gate and say THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A TRUE CREDIT SCORE! Ah that felt good to set the tone. The biggest misconception is that there is one true Credit Score. This couldn't be any further from the truth. It's also a widely held belief that there is one main Credit Score and a lot of other scores that aren't as important. That isn't true either. The truth is... Read More
